Please do not include medical records or other sensitive health information in the free-text message.
How and why we use it
We use the information to respond to your inquiry, recommend a suitable coaching option, take steps you request before entering a potential coaching agreement, maintain website security, prevent spam, and meet legal obligations.
Where the GDPR applies, the legal bases are your consent, steps taken at your request before a possible contract, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website, and compliance with applicable law. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Service providers and transfers
We use Vercel to host and deliver the website, Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from automated abuse, and Resend to deliver your inquiry to us by email. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services or comply with law.
K TRAIN, LLC is based in the United States, so information submitted from the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland may be processed in the United States or other countries. Where required, applicable transfer safeguards and contractual protections are used.

How long we keep it
Contact-form inquiries that do not lead to an ongoing coaching relationship are normally deleted within 12 months after the last communication. We may keep information longer when reasonably necessary for an active relationship, a legal obligation, dispute resolution, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.
Technical security records are retained according to the limited operational and security periods applied by our service providers.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal information. You may also object to certain processing, request portability where applicable, or withdraw consent.

Because we do not sell personal information or use cross-site behavioral advertising, browser-based “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals do not change how this website operates. Children's privacy
This website and its coaching inquiry form are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security, automation, and updates
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Cloudflare Turnstile automatically assesses security signals to decide whether a submission appears legitimate; it does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
We may update this policy when the website or our providers change. The effective date at the top will show the latest revision.
